Material

1.The wall thickness of the arc side panels on the top cannot be less than 2mm and software (data acquisition, etc.) vacant positions are reserved (outlook);
2.Profiles used in the main frame are labeled (6061);
3.Display screen adopts Digital Signage and software update interface is reserved in the control system;
4.Belts are PVC industrial conveyor belts that are 3mm in thickness (gray) and baffles use ABS materials and can be adjusted flexibly;
5.Head roll: Special non-skid finish materials are applied on the surface of the head roll to prevent skid;
6.Under-belt support method: Supporting roller bracket is used and the roller must be of the same grade with that of the roller skates;
7.Design of the tail-end chutes: It is convenient for transporting the rubbish on the conveyor belts to the cleaning area to prevent it piling in the assembly line equipment;
8.Multifunctional feeding rotating table: Use high-hardness PP920 materials;
9.Inverter motor: Use 750 W electric motor of imported brand and with speed ratio being 1： 50.
